• 1-year warranty for all FANUC parts. In the warranty period, if there is a problem with the part, you can send it back to us, and we will repair it for free. Buyer pays return shipping fee of warranty.
  
• Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or products that have not been used under normal operating conditions.
  
• The return items must be in the original same as we sent with the warranty label on. If you receive our items within 7 days and find any quality problems with our items, you can contact us and return them. We will refund your payment including return shipping charges upon receipt of your return. Over 7 days, we will provide the maintenance service for the part in the period of the warranty but not include the freight fee and tax fee(we can tell you what the declared value you make is better for us).
  
• Shipment will be sent by DHL, FedEx or UPS. We are not responsible for undeliverable address.
  
• You will be responsible for any customs taxes and duties.
